# Donation Policy

SHIKHAR ALO TRUST

SHIKHAR ALO TRUST is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and social welfare. Donations are essential to support and sustain our initiatives.

1. Purpose of Donations

All donations received by the Trust will be used strictly for the following purposes:

• Supporting education for underprivileged and deserving students
• Providing books, study materials, and educational resources
• Running coaching centres, libraries, and training programs
• Organizing educational and social welfare activities

2. Sources of Donations

We accept donations from: Individuals, Corporate organizations, NGOs and charitable institutions, Online donors through digital platforms.

3. Modes of Donation

Donations can be made through: Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), UPI and other digital payment methods, Cash (within legally permitted limits), Online payment via our official website.

4. Issuance of Receipt

An official receipt will be provided for every donation received. The receipt will include: Donor’s name, Donation amount, Date of donation, Authorized signature and Trust seal.

5. Use of Funds

All funds received will be used only for the objectives of the Trust. No Trustee, member, or associated person shall receive any personal benefit from the Trust’s funds.

6. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, in case of any error such as duplicate or incorrect transactions, refund requests may be reviewed and processed at the discretion of the Trust.

7. Transparency and Accountability

We are committed to maintaining transparency in all financial activities. Proper records of donations and expenditures are maintained and reviewed regularly.

8. Legal Compliance

All donations are accepted and utilized in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in India.

# REFUND POLICY

SHIKHAR ALO TRUST

This Refund Policy applies to all donations, membership fees, and other payments made to SHIKHAR ALO TRUST (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “the Trust”) through our website or any other platform.

1. Donations

All donations made to the Trust are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Incorrect amount paid
• Technical errors resulting in excess deduction

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees paid to the Trust are generally non-refundable. Once the membership is approved and activated, no refund shall be provided.

3. Course / Training Fees (If Applicable)

If the Trust conducts any courses, training programs, or educational activities:

• Cancellation before the start of the course may be eligible for a partial refund
• No refund shall be provided once the course has started

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the user must provide the following details:

• Full Name
• Date of Payment
• Amount Paid
• Transaction ID / Payment Reference
• Reason for refund request

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Right to Refuse Refund

The decision to approve or reject any refund request shall be at the sole discretion of SHIKHAR ALO TRUST.
