প্রতিটি অনুদানের জন্য একটি অফিসিয়াল রসিদ প্রদান করা হবে, যেখানে উল্লেখ থাকবে: দাতার নাম, অনুদানের পরিমাণ, তারিখ, ট্রাস্টের সিল ও স্বাক্ষর।
প্রাপ্ত অনুদান শুধুমাত্র ট্রাস্টের উদ্দেশ্য অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করা হবে এবং কোনো ট্রাস্টি বা সদস্য ব্যক্তিগতভাবে এর কোনো সুবিধা গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন না।
সাধারণত একবার অনুদান প্রদান করা হলে তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। তবে বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে (ভুলবশত ট্রান্সফার ইত্যাদি) দাতার অনুরোধ বিবেচনা করে ট্রাস্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারে।
আমরা আমাদের আর্থিক কার্যক্রমে স্বচ্ছতা বজায় রাখি। প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ট্রাস্টের হিসাব সংরক্ষণ করা হয় এবং তা পর্যালোচনা করা যেতে পারে।

SHIKHAR ALO TRUST is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and social welfare. Donations are essential to support and sustain our initiatives.
All donations received by the Trust will be used strictly for the following purposes:
We accept donations from: Individuals, Corporate organizations, NGOs and charitable institutions, Online donors through digital platforms.
Donations can be made through: Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), UPI and other digital payment methods, Cash (within legally permitted limits), Online payment via our official website.
An official receipt will be provided for every donation received. The receipt will include: Donor’s name, Donation amount, Date of donation, Authorized signature and Trust seal.
All funds received will be used only for the objectives of the Trust. No Trustee, member, or associated person shall receive any personal benefit from the Trust’s funds.
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, in case of any error such as duplicate or incorrect transactions, refund requests may be reviewed and processed at the discretion of the Trust.

অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭–১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয় এবং মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই ফেরত দেওয়া হয়।
